With the lifestyles lived by today’s person, a minor level of anxiety is just an unfortunate fact of life. All people in all positions feel some level of anxiety as part of their normal experience. When anxiety is felt in healthy proportions, it is a reasonable natural feeling that motivates you to take action as appropriate. Anxiety patterns can progress to unhealthy proportions, however. If anxious feelings reach the point of having physical symptoms such as palpitations, it has progressed too far to be left ignored.
